Offer and price

The Wiinup Classique membership (Business role) is €99 incl. VAT per year. Individual and Facilitator roles are free.

This membership is an annual contribution to platform costs, not a commission.

Referral commission

When a deal is signed and paid through an introduction, a 10% referral commission applies on the agreed referral fee, on success only. No commission is due if no deal is concluded.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Wiinup stores no card data. The membership is an annual subscription with no hidden renewal: the member is informed and can cancel.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. For a digital service performed immediately with the consumer's express consent, this right may not apply once the service is fully provided. Professionals acting for their business are not covered by this period.

Cancellation and refund

The membership can be cancelled for the next period. Billing requests: bonjour@wiinup.fr.

Governing law

These Terms of sale are governed by French law.
