These Terms govern access to and use of the Wiinup platform, which lets members post needs, propose introductions and circulate business opportunities within a community.
Access to the member area requires sign-in by email (secure sign-in link). Members are responsible for the confidentiality of their access and for actions taken from their account.
Three roles exist: Individual (free), Facilitator (free), Business (annual membership, see Terms of sale).
Members agree to provide accurate information, act in good faith, not bypass the commission mechanism, and respect the Loyalty charter.
Members remain responsible for the content they publish. Any unlawful, misleading or abusive content may be removed and the account suspended.
Wiinup strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may occur.
Members may close their account at any time. Wiinup may suspend an account in case of breach of these Terms or the Charter.
